i'm studying all the method just from the youtube.
For Your Information, to prepare the French Macarons, there's two method that you can use. one is the ITALIAN METHOD. the other one is the FRENCH METHOD.
what is the differences? ok.
ITALIAN METHOD = they using the melted sugar and icing sugar.
FRENCH METHOD = they using the granulated sugar and icing sugar.
both granulated / melted sugar akan di masukkan after korang da beat putih telur smpai kembang.
nak buat macarons niyh memang susah even bahan2 nyee simple jew.
masa beat putih telur, x bole over beat! kalo x, putih telur jd cair dan macarons xkan jd cun meletop!
kalo x cukup beat pon macarons xkan cun meletop gak!
so kena pandai2 maintain the texture.
i da search mcm2 resepi. and i've found Martha Stewart punyee recipes. but the problem is all the ingredients are measured using CUPS. not in GRAM. lolx. camner nk wat kan?
reject lagi. last skali, guna resepi kt youtube jew. huhuh.
